Terms and Conditions for Manage My Account Enrollment

These terms and conditions apply to your use of this Blue Stream Fiber website for online account management ("Manage My Account"). By accessing and using this website and completing the Manage My Account registration, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to those of your current Blue Stream Fiber Subscriber agreement(s) for your Blue Stream Fiber services and for this website.

You agree to provide Blue Stream Fiber with current, accurate, complete, and updated information required for Manage My Account registration, including your e-mail address, name, phone number, Blue Stream Fiber account number, and your password and reminder question. You further agree to provide Blue Stream Fiber with current, accurate, and complete data when using the Manage My Account features, such as bill payment and update account information. You agree to notify Blue Stream Fiber immediately of any changes in your registration data. You are responsible for updating your e-mail address. If your e-mail address is not current, you will not receive notice of your online bill posting; however, your payment due date will remain unchanged.

After you complete your Manage My Account registration you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s) and security information such as your login and reminder question. You agree not to give your password(s) or security information to anyone. Should you allow others access to your account and/or password information, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account. If you believe your password or security information has been lost or stolen, call us immediately at 772-345-6000.

Blue Stream Fiber may at any time and without notice make changes to this site or to Manage My Account or to products described in this site. Blue Stream Fiber may discontinue Manage My Account without notice or require re-enrollment in order for you to access Manage My Account.

Activity-Related E-mails
Blue Stream Fiber may send e-mails regarding your Blue Stream Fiber account or services from time to time. For example, we may send you an e-mail about changes to your service, a payment you made to your account, or an upcoming recurring payment. You may not opt out of these communications. If you fail to check or if you deactivate your specified e-mail account you may miss important information regarding your Blue Stream Fiber account.

In addition, we may send you messages from time to time regarding special offers, new services and information about services currently offered. If you receive such an email and do not wish to receive these emails in the future, you may unsubscribe by sending an email to [email protected]
